Printing service Operational - Issue resolved

We have successfully resolved the problem that caused a loss in performance for one of our printing servers today and the service is now operating nominally. We will continue looking into adjusting the capacity that our printing server is currently running to ensure that this process is much more smooth in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.
