We are glad to announce that the issue with the Virtual Printer client we experienced earlier has been resolved.
If there are still any issues with printers showing as offline, please try closing the Virtual Printer and then restarting it (you can close it in the system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen). Once this is done, please also try logging out of Linnworks.net and then logging in again. The printers should show online, and it should allow you to print normally.
Our development team is looking into the root cause of the issue, and they'll do their best to make sure that this doesn't happen again.
