Partial Outage - Linnworks Desktop

Some of our customers may still experience issues with Linnworks Desktop failing or returning errors on launch. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

In order to resolve the problem please try the following steps:

  1. Windows+R (open Run)
  2. Type: %localappdata%
  3. Press 'Enter'
  4. Delete folders named "Linn Systems", "linnworks", "Linnworks Installer"
  5. Reinstall Linnworks Desktop with new installer downloaded from (settings > general settings > Desktop Application) as administrator
