Autosync 2 Major Outage - Investigating an issue

We are currently experiencing a problem with one of our internal services, which may cause certain import and export routines to be stuck or return an error message. This problem may affect eBay mapping synchronization, as well as Bigcommerce order synchronization modules. Our development team is aware of this problem and is currently looking into this.
