Support center migration, scheduled 2 years ago

As part of a GDPR Compliance initiative, our support system provider is planning to consolidate their data centers in Europe and move all associated data to a data center located in Frankfurt, Germany.

The migration will occur on the 30th of June, between 12:30 AM and 3:30 AM CET. During this time, Ticket and Phone support lines will not be available. Tickets created during this time will be queued and created in bulk once the migration is complete.
