Shipping Service Issue identified

We're experiencing problems with submitting/filing manifests to Royal Mail. Following the incident which occurred last week on Thursday, there has been a knock on effect on the services today. Users are advised to Print the current manifest from the Shipping manifests screen on linnworks.net. As far as we have been advised, Royal Mail should not be penalizing people/will be helping with cases where their outages have caused problems as it has previously been the case.
