Until this is resolved, please use the following steps in order to get in touch with our support team via the ticket system:

  • If you wish to create a new ticket, please submit an e-mail to support@linnworks.com
  • If you wish to access the support portal and view the list of active tickets, you may do so by requesting a password reset link via https://help.linnworks.com/support/login
  • If you wish to respond to an active ticket, you may do so by submitting a reply to the Email notification you have received regarding your ticket.
