Ticket System Scheduled Maintenance - Update #3, scheduled 1 year ago

It seems we've overestimated our ability to import so many ticket within just several hours but we've almost completed the upgrade. However we won't be releasing the changes today as it is not good to release new things at night. So now we are heading home after 15 hour at work and will continue tomorrow morning. So should expect the new support system some time tomorrow. To remind: Tech support will be available tomorrow from 5:00 until 20:00 UTC via email, chat and phone. Stay tuned!
