Support Center Performance Issues

Our live chat service provider has confirmed that they are experiencing issues with one of the vendors used to communicate messages between our support agents and clients. This is being looked into as a matter of priority and service is expected to be restored within the hour.

As a temporary workaround, you may see the messages, sent by our agents in chat if you refresh your browser window. For urgent matters, however, we still advice getting in touch with us using our phone support line.
