Shipping Service Major Outage - Investigating an issue

Royal mail have informed us of an IT incident, which affects external connections to their services. This affects the filing of manifests via Linnworks. We are communicating with Royal Mail regarding this and will post an update as soon as we are informed that the issue has been resolved.
