The issue with the synchronization has been identified and resolved on our end. It will take a little time for the system to catch up with all sync jobs, including order download, inventory update, despatch notes, listing update and others. We will be monitoring the progress of these jobs to make sure everything runs smoothly, however please allow up to an hour for the system to catch up.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we will be looking into improving the system to make sure these issues do not come up again.
