We will be moving to the new support solution therefore in order to sync all the tickets, we will be temporarily closing the possibility to create new tickets and posting replies in the open/pending tickets. It also mean that we won't be responding to the current open and pending tickets during the migration period.
Ticket system won't be accessible from Saturday (6 August) 04:00 UTC. It should be back online in about 8 hours.
