EU Region Databases Partial Outage - Linnworks Authorization

Some of our customers in the UK currently experience issues with connection to and Linnworks Desktop. If you are experiencing such connectivity issues at the moment, then this is a problem with your connection to Amazon servers where your databases are hosted. It has to do with either your internet service provider (ISP) or Amazon. You will be able to connect to though, because servers are hosted on Rackspace, and apparently there is no connection problem with them.

We will update this status page as soon as we have more information on the issue.
