Creation of Amazon catalog listings

The issue with adding products to Amazon catalog is now resolved. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Shipping Service Partial Outage - Amazon Shipping

Some of our customers may experience issues with printing labels via New Amazon Shipping integration using the Amazon Shipping services. Please log in to Amazon Seller Central (not ship.Amazon) to ensure that you have access to these services and if not, contact Amazon to get them restored. As soon as you will be able to print/see services directly on Seller Central - these will become available via Linnworks.

Linnworks Mobile Partial Outage - Update Quantity button in Linnworks Mobile

We're experiencing issues with 'Update Quantity' button in Linnworks Mobile. Our developers have been informed and we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Shipping Service Royal Mail issue

The previous issue with printing Royal Mail labels should now be resolved.

Users are unable to print Royal Mail labels currently due to an error: "Unable to provide the label requested Reason: The response containing the barcodes was malformed."

We are currently investigating this.
