Partial Outage - Royal Mail manifesting, scheduled 1 year ago
Royal Mail Online Business Account (OBA) web services will not be available between 00:01hrs-06:00hrs (UK time) on Saturday 6th November 2021 due to essential maintenance on Royal Mail side. There will be a warning displayed during the maintenance time and it will not be possible to file a Royal Mail manifest during this time, however Royal Mail label printing will not be affected.
As soon as the maintenance will finish, it will be possible to file the manifest.

Please be advised that currently there are delays in processing Royal Mail shipping manifests. This is caused by timeouts on the PreAdvice submissions getting accepted on Royal Mail's end. Linnworks users can still print out a document for the courier by accessing it in Filed manifest section and click Print Manifest Documentation. Emergency manifests will become available as soon as possible.
