Autosync 1 Operational - Issue resolved

The problem that caused certain order synchronization procedures to run with a delay has been identified and resolved. It may take some time for our processing service to catch up, however, it will start running as normal shortly. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this had caused.

Autosync 1 Performance Issues

We have received reports from multiple users that there are long delays between order synchronization jobs for multiple channels. This has been forwarded to our development team and we are looking into it as a matter of urgency.
