On Saturday, February 8th we will be performing maintenance on our processing servers, which is aimed at improving the overall performance of the system. The maintenance is currently planned to start at 7:00 AM UTC and last for 1 hour until 8:00 AM UTC.

During this time, certain processing and synchronization jobs may be running with delays and after the migration is over, there will be a time window in which these delays are expected until the system starts operating nominally.

In case of any long-running synchronization issues, please get in touch with our support team.

Deutsche Post Planned Downtime, scheduled 3 months ago

We would like to inform you about an upcoming patch release for Deutsche Post shipping API.

During the update the API will not be available which will cause downtime printing Deutsche Post labels.

Planned downtime (production environment): Wednesday, February 5, between 7 and 8 a.m. (CET).
