Printing service Performance Issues

If you are affected by the printing issue, please do the following:

  • Open the Virtual Printer client (double click the icon in the system tray in the bottom right-hand corner)
  • Click 'Virtual Printer' in the top left-hand corner of the window
  • Click 'Disconnect'
  • Before logging in again, click the Settings button (cog) next to the 'Log In' button
  • Change the Port numbers to 5079 and save changes
  • Log in to Virtual Printer again, and the issue should be resolved
