Some of our customers might experience issues opening up Linnworks Desktop due database migrations to a different server. This was a step that we were forced to do in order to keep the servers stable. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please try the following steps:
Windows+R (open Run)
Delete folders named "Linn Systems", "linnworks", "Linnworks Installer"
Reinstall Linnworks Desktop with new installer downloaded from Linnworks.net (settings > general settings > Desktop Application) as administrator
