You may come across a problem with tracking numbers for Royal Mail labels. The issue has been identified and fixed from our end, however the fix will only apply to any new label generated in the system.
In order to resolve the issue, the original label would need to be cancelled first and a new one would need to be printed. This can be done in two ways:
From Linnworks.net > Order Book > Open Orders > Right click on the order > Action > Shipping > Cancel label
From Linnworks.net > Shipping > Shipping Manifests > Royal Mail (OBA or Tracked) > View > View > Cancel (for each consignment separately)
Once this is done and you print a new label, the tracking will be stored correctly.
