Authorization Operational - Issue resolved

We have identified that the issue where users could not log into Linnworks Desktop was only affecting customers who are still running Windows XP, which does not support SSL Negotation standards TLS 1.1 and 1.2 that are used by our load balancer service.

We will be looking for a permanent solution to this to be included into the Linnworks Desktop source code, however, a temporary workaround is available for Windows XP users. For details, please contact Customer Support.
