Linnworks.net platform Performance Issues

We have identified the problem that was causing performance issues on our servers and are currently working on resolving it. The issue affects approximately 30% of our EU based customers and until the issues are resolved, a part of the affected customers will be moved onto different servers. This will cause users to be logged out of their Linnworks.net and Linnworks Desktop accounts, and require them to re-log in.
