Our phone service provider will be running annual maintenance on the 14th of April between 4:30AM and 8:30AM GMT, during which the platform will be inaccessible and the phone system will be paused.

Linnworks Desktop scripts that were set to run on Autonomous sync should now be running properly without any timeouts. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Some of our customers might are experiencing issues with Linnworks Desktop scripts. This only applies to scripts that are set to run on Autonomous sync. Our team is already on it and working hard to rectify the issue.

Printing service Operational - Issue resolved

The load on our printing service has decreased to a point that all printing jobs should now be processed without an issue. If you do get any delays or other issues when processing printing requests, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our support team. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this matter.

Printing service Major Outage - Investigating an issue

The load on our printing servers has reduced, as such, while time-out errors may still be an occurrence, we expect it to be operating more smoothly now.

Printing service Major Outage - Investigating an issue

We are currently experiencing an issue with our printing servers not being able to process some of the requests. This may result in time-out errors and exceptions being returned when printing shipping labels, invoices, etc. Our development team is currently working on a refactoring of our printing module, which should resolve these problems for good.

Autosync 1 Operational - Issue resolved

We have resolved the issue we experienced earlier with Autonomous Sync. The service is operating normally and we are monitoring the system status.

Autosync 1 Partial Outage - Autosync 1

Some of our customers may experience issues with Autonomous Synchronisation. This affects such jobs as eBay Order and Amazon Inventory Sync. We are looking into it.
